There are also a couple books you may find helpful.

Macromedia Dreamweaver MX 2004: Training from the Source, by Khristine Annwn Page.

(c) 2004 Macromedia Press.
http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/0321219198/

Seventeen step-by-step tutorials introducing and explaining every part of the basic application; comes with CD containing complete set of practice files. This book includes intros to coding tools, but does not include advanced information like programming Web services applications or building dynamic database-driven sites.

Dreamweaver MX 2004: The Missing Manual, by David McFarland.

(c) December 2003 Pogue Press.
http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/0596006314/

A more detailed reference manual than the one mentioned above, this book is quite useful once you already have a basic idea of the application from the tutorials.
