Luxurious, spacious holiday villa for 18 persons in Sa Torre (The Tower), Palma de Mallorca, with private pool and stunning sea views from the large terrace, overlooking one of the most beautiful natural coasts of Mallorca. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen with storage space, a large living room with dining area and TV corner with seating for 18 persons, 6 beautiful bright bedrooms with parquet flooring and central heating. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom and the other 3 bathrooms are very spacious and easy to access from the bedrooms. In the entertainment room you will find billiard, table tennis, darts and fitness equipment. The Sauna is perfect for the cooler season. The terrace has plenty of seating for 18 persons and is perfect for socializing by breakfast or a BBQ and to enjoy the view of the sea and pool. Restaurants and shopping facilities are within reach. Lovers of the golf sport will find paradies near the brand new golf course "Son Maioris". Sa Torre has one of the most beautiful natural beaches in Mallorca e.g. "Bahia Grande" and Cala Delta with his brand new Beach Club and Spa. For those who prefer the entertainment at the Playa de Palma with its 9km long sandy beach and nightlife with many bars and restaurants will be there in just 10 minutes by car. At the beach of Playa de Palma rent a bike, tandems, bikes, cars, motor boats, jet skis, quads, trikes, kite surfing, diving accessories. Palma, with its impressive cathedral and historic center can be reached in 40 minutes. The unmatched and most impressive building in the city of Palma is the gigantic cathedral. It is located in the old town at the modern Parc de la Mar. Next to the cathedral you can admire the second most important building of Palma, the Almudaina Palace. The old town will charm you with its mediterranem flair, views and romantic winding streets. Numerous fish restaurants, tapas bars, cafes, pubs and colorful boutiques, trendy galleries and museums of major artists make your visit complete. Very popular are the romantic mountain villages of Valldemossa, where the composer Frederic Chopin once stayed with George Sand, the picturesque Fornalutx which was long regarded as the most beautiful village in Spain or the picturesque artists' village of Deia. The historic railway "Red Lightning" brings on the old route - while you are enchanted by the landscape - directly from Palma to Soller. Also worth mentioning is the glamorous, luxurious yacht harbour of Puerto Portals and the bizarre rocks of Cap de Formentor. Villa Sa Torre is perfect for clubs, friends, families but also ideal for seminars, workshops and events. For conferences we have capacity for up to 30 people. The seminar room is 5.29 m wide, 11.23 m long and 2.36 m high. A housekeeper or cook is available upon request. The rental price per day is between 350 Euro up to 850 Euro for the entire house, depending on the season and the size of the group. |

Other Fees & TaxesDeposit RequirementsUpon reservation a deposit of 50% has to be
paid. The remaining amount is payable per bank transfer 7 days prior to arrival. The security deposit at the hand over of keys is 1000 euro. The deposit will be refunded within 1 week by bank transfer after orderly return of the house, final end cleaning and inventory. Unique end cleaning costs including laundry are 300 euros for the entire house. All operating costs are included in the rent. Rental PoliciesWe have a minimum stay of 3 nights in the

| The 400sqm living area includes a huge living room with a dining area and TV seating area for 18 persons leading out to the terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery, all electric appliances, 2 fridges, freezer and a storage room with enough room for the groups shopping. The 6 spacious bedrooms have double beds or twin beds, wooden flooring and built in wardrobes. There is another big room in the attic, which can provide upon request further sleeping possibilities of up 7 persons. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, all other 3 marble bathrooms are easy accessible from the bedrooms and have double basins. Towels and soap are provided in the bathrooms. The size of the conference room is 5,29m width, 11,23m length and 2,36m hight. In the games room you will find pool billiard, ping pong, darts, fitness equipment and a sauna for the cooler days. |
