Our properties are new with new furniture and accessories. They are located high in the Sanibel condominium complex so there is a great view of the beach and ocean and also a great view of the lagoon on the other side so you are surrounded by beautiful open views of water on both sides with the ocean in front and the lagoon and bay in the back. You are just a couple minute's from the beach. Relax and be one of the first to stay in one of these beautiful units. Book early to get your dates. May-August go quick! Our unit is over 1200 sq ft - much larger than most 2 bedrooms with plenty of space to move around and accomodate a large family. The main room is over 500 sq ft and there is plenty of seating capacity and a 30' wall of windows to see the ocean and beach activity. You can see from the pictures that the views are great!!! We have a beautiful pool, sauna and health facility located in the complex and with our fast elevators we have easy access. The parking is covered and cool and from there you are just a minute's walk across the street to be sitting and watching the beautiful waves. Also, there is swimming, boarding, fishing and some of the best gulf seafood just a couple of minutes away. There are several really nice golf courses nearby and if you want to fish, just give me a call for a discount on a great bay fishing guide, or if you just want to see the dolphins and more of the bay he will guide you there also. Coming from IH10 on Hwy 59 you run straight into the beach. Turn right and we are on the Gulf Shores side down on your right where the traffic is best and the access to sites and great restaurants is better and faster than coming from the Florida side. The beach is rarely crowded so you don't have to fight for a spot. You are only minutes from the Alabama/Florida border where many shopping and entertainment sites are located. Movies, go carts, boating, shopping.... Relax and enjoy as you will be very comfortable in our condo's, on the beach or near by eating and shopping.
