Melanctha Villa is located in Ano Stalos and is part of a three storey villa, 3km away from the awarded a blue flag sandy beach of Kato Stalos. Chania City is only 10km away and is visible from the villa, as it is built on the top of a hill. The blue Cretan Sea and the green landscape that stretch in front of the villa, combined with the tranquility of the area, form a relaxing environment. At Ano Stalos and Kato Stalos Villages there are taverns and mini markets, while at Kato Stalos there are some of the most famous beach bars of Chania. The villa has a 45sq.m private pool with an integral children's pool and a jacuzzi area. This villa also has a covered barbecue area. Both outdoor areas have wonderful panoramic view. When the night comes the lights of Chania offer a stunning view. The entire first floor is Melanctha Villa. This villa consists of a traditional sitting / dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms are double, while the third one is twin. This one has an ensuite bathroom and French doors leading to the terrace and the pool. |
